This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (the owner of Facebook and Instagram). Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Bubby’s Bagels LLC, doing business as Bubby’s Bagels, located at the Dover Transportation Center, 33 Chestnut Street, Dover, NH 03820 (the “Sponsor”). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to scott@bubbysbagel.com.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of New Hampshire who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway / Entry Periods. The Giveaway runs as a series of six (6) separate monthly entry periods, beginning July 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026. Each calendar month is a distinct entry period with its own winner. Only entries received during a given monthly entry period are eligible for that month’s drawing. The entry periods and corresponding drawing dates are:

All times are Eastern Time. The Sponsor’s computer or timekeeping records are the official record of the timing of any entry.
4. How to Enter. To enter, during a monthly entry period an entrant must publish a public post on the entrant’s own personal Facebook or Instagram account that (a) tags Bubby’s Bagels by including @bubbysbagel, and (b) includes the hashtag #bubbysNH, and (c) includes a photograph or video showing Bubby’s Bagels—specifically, Bubby’s food or drink, the Bubby’s location (inside or outside the Dover Transportation Center), or Bubby’s branded merchandise. An image is required; a post with no image, or with an image that is not related to Bubby’s Bagels, does not qualify. By way of example only, a photo of a pet, a trash can, or other unrelated subject does not qualify even if the post tags @bubbysbagel and uses #bubbysNH. The Sponsor is the sole judge of whether a post’s image is Bubby’s-related and qualifies, and its determination is final. Each qualifying public post is one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of qualifying posts an entrant may make during a monthly entry period; however, posts that are duplicative, automated, spam, or made solely to generate entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The entrant’s account and post must be set to public so the Sponsor can view it; private or restricted posts cannot be verified and will not count. Posts must comply with the applicable Facebook or Instagram terms of use. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly entry period. Each winner will receive one (1) Bubby’s Bagels gift card with a value of twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25.00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each monthly prize: $25.00. Total ARV of all six (6) prizes across the Giveaway: $150.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The gift card is redeemable in person at the Bubby’s Bagels location in Dover, NH and is subject to any terms printed on or accompanying the card. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection. For each monthly entry period, the Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period. Each drawing will be conducted on or before the 15th day of the following month, as shown in the schedule above. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize. The potential winner will be notified by a direct message or comment from the official Bubby’s Bagels Facebook or Instagram account, and the winner may also be announced publicly by the same accounts. The potential winner must respond and provide the information needed to arrange prize delivery within seven (7) calendar days of the notification. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be verified, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that month.
8. Publicity / Use of Name. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, city, social media handle, and any post submitted as an entry, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with Bubby’s Bagels, without further notice, compensation, or approval.
9. Release of Liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unverifiable entries, or for any technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway.
10. General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway (or any monthly entry period) if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
11. Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
12. Winners List. To request the name of a monthly winner, send an email to scott@bubbysbagel.com with the subject line “Bubby’s Giveaway Winner Request”, identifying the entry period in question, no later than January 31, 2027.
